Great shop great blender

Great online store. I’ve been using the vitamix e320 at the owner Dylan’s recommendation for the past few weeks and it has been amazing. Honestly I was skeptical after reading some sketchy reviews but I have been super pleased. The smooth consistency we get for hummus, homemade nut butters bisque soups etc and of course smoothies is top notch. I think those sketchy reviews come from operator error as you can just throw things into the blender. You do Have to layer ingredients as defined in the manual and actually somewhat quickly crank up the power all the way to 10. The higher numbers are good but 10 is where you need to end up to keep the blender stable as it might shake with smaller volumes at say 7 but we totally stable at 10. The instructions clearly state to go up to 10 relatively quickly. I can’t wait to make ice cream In it this summer!
