Great customer service!

I ordered and fairly quickly received a DNA Airfryer oven. Sadly the unit was not suitable for me (too narrow, coated racks when the videos/pictures all show stainless steel, door didn't close properly). Ecohub's management facilitated the contact with the distributor instantly, they answered all my questions and made it easy to return the item. The unit was picked up the same day, the money returned within 3 working days. Impressive customer service!
