Great service!

I'd like to give a huge shout-out to Dylan and his team. It's a rare occasion these days that a company performs like Ecohub, and delivers on their promises.

I contacted the WhatsApp line at 10PM at night and stated that the next day would be fine to receive a reply. I was surprised to have a human reach our immediately.

I made payment of my order on Saturday morning and got a message from the owner in a few minutes, confirming my order and receipt of payment. This is unheard of! On Monday I was offered to collect my order from Honeydew, or have it delivered the next day with The Courier Guy. Deliver happened as promised on Tuesday afternoon and the goods are safe in my possession.
