Very bad services

took a Blanket to Echo Multimedia Solutions Via third Part FSONLINE to be embroidered with the FSonline logo. The instruction was that the logo must be 22 centimetre. I was called by a gentleman from Ecoh multimedia solutions to confirm the instruction of which I confirmed with him on the phone that it should be 22 centimetres. The gentlemen confirmed that the logo will be 22 centimetres however it will be a bit out of alignment of which I agreed. When I went to fetch the Blanket the logo embroidered was pocket size and nothing close to the agreed measurement. When I queried they said they would fix it which they didn't. Instead they delivered it to FSONLINE without fixing it. I went again today to question them and the qentlemen told me that I should do whatever I want to do but they won't fix it.
