EcoGrid poor service

I had the above company installing a solar system on my house on 1 March 2019 and up till today 3 June 2019 I am struggling to get the COC from them. The latest phone calls led to Billy Tosen ( the claimed owner ) telling me that he does not care if his customers do not refer him to others due to bad service and that goes along with a lot of swearing. He was the friendliest person up to the point I paid over the money for the installation and thereafter it is the one promise after the other. Today again there was an appointment set up with them just not turning up.

Stay away from them if you expect good service.
