Unacceptable Delay and Poor Communication

Disappointing, complete lack of response and a highly unsatisfactory experience overall. To begin with, my order was flagged as a high-risk order though made from Ecoflow official website, and reason behind this, best known to them. while I understand the need for security measures, the lack of communication and transparency surrounding this issue has been incredibly frustrating. No matter how many emails you write, they won’t respond and they cancelled the order without my knowledge. Utter worst part is that they cancelled the order and not even initiated refund. I lost my money on the order, the time spent and hope too on the brand.
