Writing about your company’s failure to honor its discount policies. The app**** coupon code at no point states a minimum of 20k when issued to a friend. Under my rewards you state a 1k discount is given to me if my purchase is over 10k and2.5k if over 20k. Show me where these clauses are on your website before a customer purchase after a referral. This does not sit well with me at all. I find this behaviour unacceptable and dishonest. Your company advertised the coupon code as an exclusive offer for all customers, without any mention of exclusions or limitations. You should not hide essential information from your customers and mislead them into buying products that they do not want or need. This is a breach of consumer rights and fair-trading practices. Clearly there is no compromise and that is how ECOFLOW does business.
