Poor service

I purchased something online from EcoFlow-ZA and they asked me for two shipment address. before delivery they asked me which address I specified address one business working hours and address two for outside those hours. Today public Holliday they tell me they delivering at address one. Now they are returning the package to the warehouse because I'm home and they went to deliver at my work. Why did they ask me which address. I wanted to use the items and they promised delivery within 5 days. Now they telling me the package is incomplete and I should go to the Market to look for some of the things I purchased from them. ***
