PATHETIC SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST

I bought a Glacier fridge and battery for the Glacier fridge; however, the only item that the courier brought was the battery. When I asked the driver about the fridge, he drew a blank.

Contacting Ecoflow's courier company (Buffalo), they only response is that the driver said I refused to sign for the parcel, which is not the truth as I actually went into my place to get the invoice from Ecoflow and when I went out he was already gone.

Ecoflow just ignore my emails.
