No after sales service

Bought my unit in Feb, it went faulty end Aug. I logged a call with them for their couriers to pick up. 4 Days - no courier and no comms from Ecoflow either. From the looks of it, this unfortunately seems a trend. Will discourage anyone from buying an Ecoflow. They're super expensive and no customer service.
