Never buy EcoFlow product

Bought a Delta to use when camping. Tested unit when arrived worked fine. 5 days into camping the unit crashed. Support not responding and on Facebook they promise to attend to your complaint right away but nothing. Unit was never overloaded.

They tell me a brand new unit must be send for repairs that is unaceptable.

Do not buy an EcoFlow as the quality sucks and service does not exist.
