Manual of product not supp**** and supplier cant supply one.

No Manual supp**** with ecoflow transfer switch. Support email on website give a ticket nr but don't reply. Support number 027****80002 say Google online or on their website for Manual. Stated no manual available on their site or Google. Say it was wrongly installed or is a defective product. Asked for a manual but cant supply me with one to verify if the unit was installed properly by the electrician. Dont buy their products if u receive the product without a manual they just are not prepared to help. I even said open one of the current products and whatsapp or email me the photo of the manual. just say you should have received one in your box.
