Bought an Ecoflow Delta 2. In January. Somehow it came into contact with moisture during an offroading event. Called ecoflow, they asked for proof of purchase and I gave them . Following morning they sent Courier to collect to service center. After 2 days d Feedback was, it was damaged beyond repair. A day later Ecoflow called and told me they are sending a new unit. I received the old unit back. Received new replacement unit 3days later.

Everything was seamless and smooth.
