EcoFlow South Africa - Stay away

EcoFlow South Africa Be warned about this company. I ordered a unit almost a month ago. It was delivered but wasn’t charging. I logged a return. They then asked me to return the unit to their depot with the promise of getting an immediate replacement unit. I did the drive myself and returned the unit. It’s now 2 weeks later and I haven’t gotten my replacement unit. I have emailed support numerous times, to no avail. You spend R10k+ at a time when you’re desperate for some sort of loadshedding relief but the company takes your money and let’s you down.
