Ecoflow River Pro is a disaster

I bought the River Pro portable power station from Ecoflow on December the 21st, 2023. It was delivered to me on 3 January 2024.

Been using it and was happy with it no doubt, then 28 February 2023, it suddenly started showing errors, it stopped functioning and I contacted them and let them know, the advised I send it back to them for repair, they were so quick, it was repaired in less than 72 hours.

They sent it back to me, as I was testing it, it lasted for just 13 minutes and it started flashing a new error on the screen, it's really disappointing 😞 I cannot recommend it to anyone. I have already emailed them regarding the issue
