EcoFlow - Outstanding warranty repair

I purchased an EcoFlow River 2 in February 2024. The unit powers the TV, DSTV and a light for when load-shedding darkens our world. The unit performed flawlessly till near the end of September 2024 when the item failed. I contacted EcoFlow and Lerato, of the Customer Service Team, listened to my complaint, sent me an e-mail which I subsequently completed and the unit was collected the next day by courier. Within 6 days, since the first phone call, the unit had been repaired and couriered back to my home. (In the interim I received updates regarding the repair status and courier details for the return shipment.) Absolutely outstanding! Keep up the good work, you make may so called big-name companies/high-profile brands look like amateurs.
