Ecoflow failure

Experiencing the same issue all the othe people have posted thus far. I am actually stunned that this has not hit the media as yet. I have bought my ecoflow unit and 3 weeks later it also suddenly gave errors of overloading etc....had to send it back because the distibutor needs to evaluate the product....has been weeks without any feedback and spent R 22 000 for nothing !!!! There is apparently such a backlog of faulty units with the distibutor that no one on earth knows when and if we will get feedback.

Eco Flow international just points you back to the company you bought it from....forming an endless loop of frustration
