Ecoflow - failing product and non-existent support

While EcoFlow claim to offer a 5 year warranty and their facebook page is full of ecstatic customers the reality is that support does not respond to emails and new products can fail with critical battery failure errors despite light use. Contacting Ecoflow online or their manager via Facebook does not help. They simply don't respond. They don't seem to care.
