EcoFlow - Excellent CS/Support

I had a Delta Max 2000 that would no longer charge. Sent in to Ecoflow (they collected the device and delivered to Heidelberg). After a few days of diagnostics they advised that the device could not be repaired but was still under warranty and have replaced it with a new Delta 2 Max. Delivery was in a couple of days. I have had excellent experiences with Ecoflow products (2x Delta 2 Max and 1x River) and their customer service was excellent and kept me informed.
