EcoFlow & BuffaloEx Communication

I purchased an EcoFlow River on the 16th December and am still waiting for delivery. Apparently delivering this week but there is no communication from the company whatsoever. I received one response giving me my tracking number but no communication from the company when emailing them. They are pretty useless when it comes to communication. The courier company BuffaloEx is no better. There tracking sucks and no communication when reaching out to them. Will never buy from EcoFlow direct every again and the sad part is that everyone who has purchased their products rave about it but the people who have bought directly from them are extremely dissatisfied with there service. SHOCKING SERVICE!!! They obviously don't care which is very sad.
