Ecoflow and Buffalo logistics customer service is a nightmare

If you are thinking of purchasing anything from ecoflow just know that they use Buffalo logistics as their courier company, and they dont follow up if it has delivered to their customers I ordered solar panels on the 23rd of February. Buffalo took my panels from joburg warehouse to durban warehouse even though the delivery clearly stated that it was supposed to be delivered to pretoria, I called, emailed, whatsapped even facebooked them about this issue but didn't get any help, called ecoflow to sort out the issue but to no avail. On their tracker it shows that my panels are still at durban warehouse, I'm so frustrated I don't even know what to do at this point. My calls are not being answered, my emails are not responded. So if you are thinking of buying from ecoflow please think twice.
