Ecoflo

We received a Ecoflo in February and beginning of Juneit stopped working. There is a year guarantee. We been in communication with EccFlow Customer Service . They organised a courier to collect and send it to the factory to find out why it stopped working. The River was collected the begging of June Jane from Customer service hardly communicates with us . She says they have not received the River and trying to locate it. We have asked for our money back . But had not responded. It’s not a cheap inverter
