Brand new but faulty Ecoflow River Pro !

I recently purchased an Ecoflow River Pro online from Ecoflow. Unfortunately the product was faulty from the start. Unable to turn the appliance off … keeps turning itself back on again. Also keeps giving an overload alarm and then turns off the AC outlet despite no appliances being attached to the device to actually cause an overload ! No after sales contact number available to discuss issues. Also have sent 2 emails with no response as yet.
