Extremely Poor service

I ordered palisade fencing. The owner forgot to ask me what colour epoxy coating I wanted, so I received white, instead of black. The installation job was not done neatly, which I just accepted to get the awful experience over with. I quoted it with instructions that I will supply the motor for installation and they supp**** the persons contact details to install the motor. After the palisade fence was installed, the motor could not be installed. The vertical poles were too weak to hold the motor and an additional horizontal bar now needs to be placed. Two weeks after installation I am still sorting this mess out. Ecofence accepted no financial responsibility. Angela promise a better product and better service which quoted more than my other quotations. I waisted a lot of money and time on this company and I now have to live with the repercussions in front of my house.
