WAITING ON PARCEL

Made a purchase 12 days ago, still haven't received my parcel. everyday i call in and the guys from EcoDepot say its with the couriers and the couriers say they haven't received the parcel. every consultant i have spoken to keeps saying they will call me back, on their site they state delivery is within 3-7 days.
