Poor service
I Have ordered a expensive item from eco depot . Poor service any poor feedback .
I am waiting for one week already .
They can not tell me when I will get my item . I wanted to cancel my order , but they do not want to .

I have sent you tracking details via email, your order is already in transit, please reply to my email if you would still like to cancel. We will then have to collect the product from you once it's delivered.
