Poor Service and difficult to contact, near impossible

Very poor Service and no communication, after ordering and not receiving my parcel I tried to contact Eco Depot via phone and e-mail with no response, only after finding a REFUND mail and asking my money back did I get a response, then it still took forever to get my order with no good reason for the delay. Stay away unless you're desperate or have a lot of patience
