Not trust worthy
After placing an order and following it up myself 7 days later I have received a Refund instruction from them and still 9 days after the refund instruction the funds are still not in my account ,how long must you wait to receive your hard earn money back , this ordeal has been going on for the past 18 days. Is all the headaches worth it to place an order with them ?

06 Nov 2020, 11:05Dear Paul, we must apologize profusely that the product you purchased was out of stock, you should have been informed sooner and we are so sorry for the frustration. After speaking to one of our agents on 26/10/20, she confirmed that you were informed that funds would be reversed back to the card that made the payment. On 28/10/20 the funds were reversed and the proof was sent to your email, we will resend the proof again. Please be advised that credit card payment reversals can take a few days, sometimes up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
