Misplaced but replaced

My first purchase from ECODEPOT went slightly wrong as the incorrect item was delivered. Not sure where the mix up was but things happen. But the collection of the item and the delivery of the correct item ran quite smoothly within about a week. So generally not too disappointed due to the initial oversight. Crystal coordinated the swop out fairly efficiently and general happy with the outcome. The inline disc filter I ordered was as advertised. Good quality and very well priced. A few more items I'm interested in so happy to give them another go.
