Incorrect item delivered

ECODEPOT Order #12392 I have ordered and paid for a Hunter Mini weather station with wind, rain and freeze click integrated into one unit...

The Hunter Mini Weather station delivered only had wind and rain click...

Staff when I compliant initially where very helpful but my last few emails went unanswered...

I would like the unit to be either refunded in full or eco depot to supply me with either the correct weather station or a separate freeze click unit...
