Good service even with a return/change in order

i ordered a Yale Smart Lock. unfortunately, the lock didn't quite fit into my door because the internal mechanism was too big .. i messaged Eco Depot and they asked me to return the item.. I have requested the smaller Yale smart lock and they processed the order and will refund me the difference in the amounts (between larger lock and the smaller one).. good service.
