Gas totai geyser on fire

Sold us a totai geyer that resulted in an explosion two a few days after installation. Our tenant in the outbuilding was almost caught in the fire. Ecodepot not willing to take responsibility for internal issues with the faulty gas geyser sold to us.

Dear Isabelle, Referring to our call this morning, we established that the manufacturer wanted a certificate from the installer who installed your unit. You have also informed us that a Totai technician came to you before the incident, he mentioned that something was not connected the right way.

We submitted you with certified electrician papers. And if he saw that there was something not connected correctly why did he not correct it ,since he was called out to fix the job.

Dear Isabelle, as far as we know he came out to fix the switch but we are in contact with our supplier and we will revert back shortly with feedback from them.
