Fantastic Customer Service

I have ordered the Big Blue Filter with UV and received my order quite quickly. After we installed the unit, the one filter did not seal properly and I informed EcoDepot about the problem, they managed to arrange a collection of the entire filter unit and sent a replacement. Quite impressed.
