ECODEPOT: MOST *********** COMPANY OF THE CENTURY

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER - EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW UP WITH THEM EVERY SINGEL DAY!

Most *********** company I've dealt with in years!

I placed an order on the 12th December and as per the email confirmation I received on the same day that my order is being processed. On the 15th December I followed up again as my tracking number was still saying Pending. I spoke to someone from EcoDepot who confirmed that my order was with the courier. That was the first lie.

On the 15th December I follow up again. My order is with the courier they said. Lie number two.

On the 18th December I followed up again. Speaking to various people all telling me the same thing. That was lie number three.

When I rang again in the afternoon. No one knew where my order was and after I was assured again that someone will get back to me to confirm my order will be delivered before Christmas. No one called back.

When I called back they had put on their "WE ARE ON CHRISTMAS LEAVE VOICE MESSAGE" .

This was the absolute insult. Nice customer service you've got going there EcoDepot you should be proud.

I call the courier company and they confirm in writing that they never received a call to pick up my order. So EcoDepot **** again.

Then on the 4th January I try again: ECO DEPOT: "Oh yes sorry - the courier didn't pick up your order before we closed for Christmas." Really?! Does it take your courier company 5 working days to pick up an order from your warehouse in Cape Town to be delivered to an address in Cape Town?

What a joke!

Today is the 5th January I've already spoken to the half wits at Eco depot 3 times - guess what my order is still pending! And I won't be receiving it any time soon.

When I asked to speak to the manager. She has conveniently already left for the day. And Michele from EcoDepot has no other options or alternatives after that.

The level of incompetence and lack of customer service is astonishing. I'm surprised this company is still open for business.

Purchasing from these clowns is only advised if you want to be **** to repeatedly, and talk to people who have no clue how to order a courier!
