EcoDepot... false advertising. Dont trust them!

On the 2nd Sep 2020 i bought products from EcoDepot, to the value of R25,000. As their website states, all my products were supposed to be delivered within 7 days. Today is the 11th Sep 2020.

On the 4th Sep 2020 they delivered one item of my order. They then stated on their website, that "delivery of my order, is complete". This is obviously not true. I sent them an email asking where the other items of my order is and i was then simply ignored. So i sent them an email with video proof, that only one item was delivered on the 4th Sep 2020.

On the 9th Sep 2020, EcoDepot delivered another item of mine. And again what happened with the first delivery, happened again...exactly like it.

Today is the 11st Sep 2020 and i STILL dont have my complete order delivered to me.

EcoDepot is not to be trusted and they obviously have false advertising on their website.

They dont keep you updated with the progress of your order/delivery.

Hi Marianne, we must apologize for the frustrations, the reason that you received 3 separate deliveries is that you had a multi-vendor order, it was shipped from different warehouses. We see from your tracking status that you have received everything that you have purchased.
