EcoDepot excellent service

Had a mix up with one of my orders. Instead of 6 O-rings for my big blue filter system I only received 3. Once I logged my Issue, EcoDepot called me back personally. I can't recall any other online service actually calling you back, its normally only by email. Once I received the call and explain the issue, I sent them pictures on what I actually received (minus the packaging which I had already thrown away), I received my missing goods within 3 days. What a pleasure to do business with a company with such good after sale service. Happy customer Gary
