EcoDepot does not deliver

On 29/1/2020 I ordered a GEYSERWISE TSE Geyser Controller Kit from EcoDepot. On 31/1/2020 EcoDepot sent an email confirming the order was fulfilled. I have not yet received anything as of the date of this review.

The Dawn Wing (courier) website says the waybill tracking number does not exist. I phoned (5/2/2020) Dawn Wing and they confirmed that the waybill exists, but it is not tracking on their system. I phoned Dawn Wing again today and they confirmed the parcel was not ready for collection.

I tried to email EcoDepot on *** on 4/2/2020 and have received no reply. I have tried to call the number listed on the website three days running now and I just get "The subscriber you have dialled is not available". I have left a message on the messaging facility on the website and they have not come back to me.

On 5/2/2020 I emailed Crystal who is apparently the customer experience manager. I have received no reply as of this morning 6/2/2020.

I am out of options and forced to conclude that this is a **** site and that I have been ******** out of my money.

Dear Alan, Crystal here, manager at Ecodepot, I have searched my inbox and I have no email from you sir. Our website states deliveries estimated at 5 - 7 working days. If there is no tracking on the waybill that we sent to the supplier / warehouse then it means that Dawn Wing has not collected yet.

This issue has been resolved and I received the Geyserwise TSE today. Many thanks to Crystal and Nichola for resolving the issue.

The manager and co-owner of EcoDepot, Barry, phoned me yesterday to apologise for the poor service. They are implementing various measures to improve communication. I retract my previous remarks. It appears that EcoDepot is indeed serious about service and is willing to learn from their mistakes.
