Eco depot not delivering on advertised product
To: Eco Depot (who has not contacted me with confirmation yet)
Please refer to our previous communication. The situation is not acceptable. You advertised a product at a certain price. I ordered and paid and it is months later without your company honouring the agreement. The last communication was that I will receive the order mid March. I was advised two weeks ago that the order will now arrive mid April. I do not accept this.
I have given your company more than ample time to perform. I expect you to buy the product from wherever you can get it and send it to me. Please confirm courier details or get a senior manager to contact me.

I also see notes on your order that says you have opted to wait until the supplier receives new stock, which they have still not received to date. Please let us know via the agent you have been dealing with whether you would still like to wait until stock arrives or if you would prefer a refund 'mam. Our apologies once again.
