Eco Depot Bad Service

I recently purchased a mitre saw online. When the saw arrived it was not what I ordered and I phoned Eco Depot. They apologized and said it was the wrong picture on the website. On the second cut the saw broke so I phoned Eco Depot again and they proceeded to blame workmanship and took no responsibility for what had happened. They told me to send the saw back to the manufacturer to check which I would have to do at my own expense. I am now out of pocket R3000.00 and not to mention time lost on the job we were doing. Their service in my mind leaves nothing to be desired when something is faulty.
