Disgusting Customer Service

Lack of variety when it comes to products, when I phoned to ask why I have to pay for the return of an item that will not work for what I needed it to a Cheeky customer service lady. Please work on your return policy as it is ridiculous that you expect people to pay to return things as well as pay for the delivery, its not like the item I bought cost me R100. It was my first time shopping here and I will probably never buy anything from you guys again just based on how rude customer service is.
