Almost 2 months of waiting, still waiting

The worse service I have recieved from an online store. I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 months. Every time I make an enquiry Im told to wait and lastly I was told that my parcel was lost and that they have placed another order... Im so not pleased at the way that my order was handled.
