A Panicked Customer

After placing an order for R9 500 tried to track our purchase and have had no social media response, website is down and no one is taking calls. Have tried multiple times today and just keep getting placed on hold. Have emailed, called and tried to get some response. Getting a little bit worried and am close to cancelling my order...but worried I won't even get a refund at this stage. Very annoyed, how can an online only business operate like this?
