Terrible Service False Promises

So apparently 3 weeks is the new 5 days!!!!! After going to Ecobox in Strand, Bellville and explaining the need to have my product name printed on 48mm clear tape I was told that it was 5 to 7 working day, but they would push for it to be done sooner. Artwork was sent through, invoice received and paid in full. 3 weeks later despite numerous phone calls, some of which were ignored I get an email saying, that they mixed up the colours and printed on the wrong colour tape!!!! This is unacceptable, I have had to postpone my product launch by 2 weeks as I cannot package it properly and have incurred rescheduling costs with advertisers etc. Would say never going to use them again, but they have my plate (R1000 odd) so suppose will have to reorder as soon as I get my current order to ensure in 8 weeks time I won't run out of tape....but who knows given the service and false promises 7 days might be the new 8 weeks
