Poor service

<p>I placed an order with them on the 29th of July, i received an order confirmation. After I made the payment I sent them the proof of payment. I have sent countless emails requesting if they received the payment and when my order will be delivered. I still haven't received anything back from them. I have tried calling but the number is not available. Usually if you order over the internet and payment is made you get a confirmation saying when more or less you can expect delivery. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding that. I have never had such poor service with online shopping.</p>
