If you happen to go Ushaka Marine, and come across the "First Group" sales people, RUN!!

I've been a member for a year, and everything they sold me was a lie. First, it's so difficult to make a booking online, the website has got bugs that even when you try book on your own, you cannot find availability on any hotel they have listed. But you try and book that particular hotel on Booking.com, it is available and even cheaper than the price or shares listed on their website. Mobile App and Website all the same.

Their restaurant discount is also a ****. I can't spent over R400 on dinner (2 drinks plus 2 meals, as specified by Ekko), and then get a refund of R80, where as it was said that the refund amount is R120. Sometimes you even receive none of that refund.

My final nuisance with them is when I tried to cancel. My membership was hitting12 months in July. I placed my cancelation request on 05 April 2024, and I was told by ****ha Ramlutchman that I need to wait for my 12 month cycle debit to complete. They cycle ended in July when I got my supposed last debit.

I recently got debited again R1500.00, which put my business account on a negative balance. Now I am being charged by the bank R155.00 per day when my account is on a negative. I have raised this with ****ha and she told me a whole loud story of having to wait for the executive to approve my cancelation, that my refund has be paid yesterday, but today is a start of a long weekend. Should the money not clear by Sunday, it will cost me cost R775.00 in bank charges.

Now, how is it that I have to pay for your ill-doings?
