Excessive Admin Charges

I unfortunately had a disappointing experience with Eco Training. After paying a deposit through an education policy, we were unable to attend the course. Despite informing them, they retained an R13,400 'admin fee,' which I feel is excessive and unjustified. I understand the work gone in but R13400 admin fee to fill in forms and reply to mails

I strongly advise potential clients to carefully review their policies and ensure you are 100% committed before making any payments, as their terms do not seem accommodating in unforeseen circumstances.
