Eco Tap Shower Units are not Robust

I purchased a unit from them and they arranged an installer who completed the work in my flatlet. After 30 days use the unit began to fail and numerous calls and emails to Eco Taps went unanswered or they find reasons to avoid addressing the core issue at hand, so I disposed off their faulty unit and reverted to conventional geyser and shower unit. Don't waste your money and frustrate yourself with this company who are great at marketing but not fulfilling their after sales service requirements.
