Beg a company to take my money

I have never had to beg a company to take my money ... which clearly isn't good enough absolute pathetic service I placed an order a week ago ... not once have they even contacted me to say sir there is a problem with your order it will be a bit delayed sorry for the inconvenience.... I constantly had to follow up just to get the same answer ... sir we are not sure of the status of your order we will check and get back to you ... nobody got back to me.... this company clearly does enough business to neglect a client that places a order over R3000....<br> <br> what a slap in the face ...
