Bad customer service and experience

I’m shocked and appalled!!! The owner Shiraz Sheikh of Eco Signage does not value customers because as he is an arrogant conceited pompous scrooge!!!! Imagine you a customer trying to pay for goods and the place you trying to pay does not want to give you a WiFi signal for you to use your banking app to pay because they stingy and small hearted!! Imagine you a customer begging to pay your supplier to pay him for goods? Wouldn’t other companies value paying customers? Well this ‘stupid company’ made a mockery of me and belittled me for me asking them to get a WiFi signal to do a payment as my SIM card became faulty and I couldn’t get a cellphone signal!!! They have kicked a customer in the gut giving the impression that customers can go to hell as they this bigass company that doesn’t care or need customers!!!!! What they don’t realize is that customers don’t need them, they need customers and it’s customers putting food on their tables ... Well another insult to injury is Shiraz’s arrogance in trying to make me a customer look like a beggar and tried to belittle me for the WiFi excess as I’m some homeless beggar off the street looking for a donation!!! Well what he doesn’t realize is that their are many different suppliers who value our patronage and will gladly supply us and look after us like gold!!! With this attitude from this pompous arrogant company I would not recommend anyone doing business with them on the simple thought that they don’t value customers and customer service!!!
