ECO-KON Projekte Koos Horn(J.W Horn Garsfontein East): Very poor service - Contractor not returning clients calls or responding at all

<p>I contracted Koos Horn(J.W Horn Garsfontein East) from ECO-KON PROJEKTE to erect a new roof for me on my existing Garage and 4th Bedroom. After the project was completed and the engineers report was received the contractor guaranteed me that the roof would not leak at all. After the first bit of rain, the roof leaked so bad and the water was streaming into my living room. After numerous calls the contracted send some of his guys out but did not really fixed the roof. When it rains it is still leaking. I am also still waiting for my final tax invoice a year after the project was completed.</p> <p>Poor service or lack of service makes a person not trust any contractor. All his promises fell on deaf ears.</p> <p> </p>
